What are you saying to you?
The way we talk to our selves about our selves, the words that come out of our mouth about our selves are some of the most important words we need to pay attention to.

If you are having an eating disorder don’t go around 50 times a day saying “I have an eating disorder” if you are addicted to sugar, don’t go around saying “man, If I eat one cookies, I have got to eat 12, you know, I am out of control when it comes to sugar”.
Some of us are depressing ourselves with our own conversation; we don’t need any help from our enemies. We are the experts at depressing ourselves. The truth is that we can depress ourselves, we can discourage ourselves or we can encourage ourselves, we can cheer ourselves up. Aren’t you happy to know that you got some control over how you feel?

What would have happened really if you woke up and said “ I am not going to spend the day depressed, I am going to think of things that would benefit me”.

Come on, let’s fight for our lives, do warfare with the words of our mouth. What I say to you may be important but what YOU SAY to you is more important than anybody else says to you. So, what are you saying to you, my friend?
