Some of us depress ourselves with our own conversations, we don’t need any help from anybody else to come along and discourage us. We are experts at depressing ourselves. Many other times we can encourage yourself, and cheer up yourself. Are you happy to know that we got some kind of control over to how we feel? What would really happen in the morning if we wake up and say “I am going to enjoy my day, today”?  Dare to practice!
